Samsung unveiled the SGH-Z510, the world's slimmest 3G phone, at a sleek thickness of 14.9mm and weighing just 98 grams.

Features of the SGH-Z510 include a 1.3 megapixel camera with 4x digital zoom, and a wide array of 3G features including video telephony, real-time video streaming and video messaging. A 2.2" QVGA 262k color TFT display is provided on the inside for your viewing pleasure, while the outside shows off a 1.3" 65k color screen.

Goodies include an audio player supporting MP3, AAC, AAC+ and WMA, USB connectivity as well as wireless with Bluetooth and a document viewer. Internal available memory is about 138MB.
